Windows 8

Windows 8 start menu folder located at the following locations:

  • C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
  • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Windows 8.1 library folders

To remove libraries from my computer delete keys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace
